A nice looking build, though you forgot to calculate (or at least post) the damage.

I would almost be tempted to drop the 11th CHA point and ESF: Spot for 2 more STR points, though that would mean no True Strike. But, you could still use scrolls, so I suppose it would depend on your PW.

Edit: That would also mean you could lower CHA to 8 (unless the Cantrips mean that much to you) and boost CON by 2, to 12 base.

Yes, the true strike. It did require a compromise on ability allocation. I like having it, though, particularly with a (relatively) high-level monk, which is much harder to run away from. Truestrike + IKD = quite useful in a number of situations.
