Advantages

-44 AB base. Pretty good AB for a fighter class
-High damage per hit. 56 average against his favoured enemy.
-Evasion. He can avoid some spells.
-High Use Magic Devices. He can cast spells from scroll.
-Devasting Critical.

Disadvantages

-Limited number of favoured enemies
-XP penalty at level 38.
-Low saves.
-Only 432 hitpoints.

Use Magic Device 42 What is the point of 6 Fighter levels? You could just take 4 Fighter levels strategically placed to get WS and EWS. That allows 2 more Ranger leves, or two more Rogue levels, thus eliminating the EXP penalty.
