Hmm, just for curosity's sake, I'll do some rough math on the final AB, damage output, and AC for the Avatar.

Strength Bonus from items: +6 (12 points)
Warcry: +2

+5 Magical Scimitar: +5 (Duh)
Small Stature Bonus (Against larger opponents): +1
Aid and Bless (Easy spells to get access to): +2

Total: 59

With the same +5 Scimitar, Keen (either from the spell or an item property), Bard Song, and +12 Magical Strength Bonus, the Avatar's damage output is 1d6+35 [12-20x2].

NOTE: A throwing weapon would deal some nice damage as well with the Avatar's hefty strength bonus.

The Avatar's final AC will look something like:

An alternative build can focus on a Kukri instead with a tower shield in the offhand, raising the Avatar's AC to about 73 and only reducing his/her damage to 1d4+26 [12-20x2].

cool build, im trying it right now on a low magic PW (3towns) and im lvl 10 and enjoying it so far. i took human as race though, because i can carry a towershield that way. on 3T you need the extra AC.
