I usually post in the spoilers forum, but I figure I'd post these builds here. I've seen alot of posts about people who make high DEX rogues and fighters and then have trouble with some of the enemies with high damage reduction. As such, if you are going to make a high DEX fighter or rogue you should try to get improved power attack, and epic weapon spec. to help you against those opponents. Also make sure if you are playing a rogue you take ranks in UMD and set trap, that way if you come up against an opponent you can't hurt you'll have alternatives.
These two high dex builds, while they could be better, should be able to handle anything you throw at them. My only regret is that I couldn't take the skill mastery feat, but you could drop a rank of self concealment for it. The first build is the halfling fighter/rogue, the second is his elven counterpart. The elf has better stats, but an XP penalty (why the race that is the most perfectly suited to fighter/rogues has wizard for a favoured class is a mystery to me?). For the elf I noted a second set of feat selection that may be better (you have the sneak attack damage, you don't really need the critical damage and not too many enemies have damage resistance vs. bludgeoning). Well without further delay...

This character was designed as a template for players who want to play a DEX based rogue. He was posted on March 17th, Click Here
Advantages
-Self concealment V. 50% concealment that can't be dispelled -Epic dodge. He ignores the first attack from his opponents. -Improved Evasion. He has a good reflex save, giving him fair damage resitance from spells. -Hide in Plain Sight. -Use Magic Device. He can cast any spell from a scroll.
Disadvantages
-low hit points. -AB of 39. Pretty good for a character with this many levels of rogue. -poor fortitude and will saves. This is easily remedied by items. -low damage. He's a high DEX character, but he does a fair bit of damage for a high DEX character. Throw in improved power attack and he should be able to hold his own against critical hit immune creatures with 5-15 points of damage reduction.
