This build which I would like to call the 'Born-again Champion' is an Elvish Rogue 17/Champion of Torm 16 /Weapon Master 7. He is a master of the rapier, one of the most versatile weapon since it is only medium weapon to be finessable and has a critical range of 18-20/x2. He is also has an impressive reflex save bonus of 44 with Improved Evasion. He also has an above average fortitude of 30 and will save bonus of 23.

He will have a normal rapier with a crit range of 13-20 with a x3 multiplier.
His naked AC will be about 31 (with Tumble of 40).
AB would be a good +42/+37/+32/+27.
Divine Wrath will give him an extra +7 to attack, saving throws, and +5 to dmg 1 round per charisma modifier.
He has 30% concealment and epic dodge to avoid getting hit in combat.
His ability to knockdown an opponent helps him deal out his extra 8d6 sneak attack damage
Improved Evasion and having a 44 reflex modifier allows him to avoid damage from most spells and traps.
Use Magic Device ability will allow him to use sorc/wiz/cleric scrolls, wands, robes, etc.

CON:
Max hp is about 372
Weak at the beginning lvls with low hp and low attack bonus.
Lacks strength to be effective against undead, constructs, immune to critical monsters.
Only able to wear light or medium armor.
