Since we are on the topic of maxed out damage per hit, I came up with a derivative of Tor's max damage build. I do not know if anyone else already posted this, so here goes:
Race: Elf
Starting Stats: Str 13 Dex 13 Con 6 Int 13 Wis 12 Cha 17
Stat Progression: Boost charisma whenever possible (level 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40)
Skill Progression: 4 Intimidate, Rest is any(do we really care?)
Feat progression: 1, Exotic Weapon Proficiency 3, Weapon Focus (scythe) 6, dodge 9, mobility 12, Spring Attack 14, Expertise (CoT level 2) 15, whirlwind attack 16, Power Attack (CoT level 4) 18, Divine Might 21, Great Charisma I 24, Great Charisma II, Great Smite I (CoT level 6) 26, Great Smite II (CoT level 8 ) 27, Great Smite III 28, Great Smite IV (CoT level 10) 30, Great Smite V 32, Great Smite VI (CoT level 14) 33, Great Smite VII 36, Great Smite VIII, Great Smite IX (CoT level 18) 39, Improved Power Attack 40, Great Smite X (CoT level 22)
The character ends up as: Paladin 13 / Weapon Master 5 / Champion of Torm 22

Using NO magical equipment at all and the following spells / special abilities: Divine Favour: +4 to Attack and Damage Eagle's Splendor: +2 Charisma (at least) Bull's Strength: +2 Strength (at least) Divine Might: +10 Damage Divine Wrath: +7 Attack and Damage (Improved by Epic CoT levels) Improved Power Attack: +10 Damage
Maxed Damage Calculations For Smite Evil as well as Ki Damage 8 (Scythe Damage Maxed) + 3 (Strength Bonus * 1.5) + 4 (Divine Favour) + 10 (Divine Might) + 7 (Divine Wrath) + 10 (Improved Power Attack) + 385 (Smite Evil = 11 (Great Smite X) * 35 (Pal 13 + CoT 22)) ---- 427
Combined with a Critical Hit: 427 * 5 (Scythe *4 +1 Increased Crit Multipier from Weapon Master) = 2135 Max Damage
