I gave up on Mongo the Divine Groper, because he turned into a giant contest of how many bugs I could exploit, so instead I've decided to post:

Raish "please don't have true seeing!" Lightfoot, stealth specialist and sneak attack master.

He's got the highest stealth score possible in neverwinter nights, (barring taking great dexterity every level and being able to do nothing else) the highest initiative possible (unless someone enchants him, in which case he can beat himself, or once again barring the great dexterity x10 thing.) and every feat possible to allow for more sneak attacks. Strong defense as well.

naked hide : +69, naked move silently : +71, a grand total of 20d6 sneak attacks, with a variety of ways to get them. darkness, both invisibilities, hide in plain sight, his rediculous initiative of +23(not sure if improved initiative and superior initiative stack, if so it's +27), and if he manages to flank someone, he gets 5 attacks at a bonus no rogue should have to hit.

His death attack fort save dc is 29, and his hide in plain sight means that even if the dc is made, he can cast darkness, run away like a coward, hide in plain sight, and try again.
