somebody asked for a good melee build for a tournament. This is about the best I can do, without the critical feats and such. (also a hell of a lot of fun to watch the zeros appear over your head when you get hit)
by 40th level/greater rage/mighty rage str : 24 / 30 / 32 dex : 14 con : 22 / 28 / 30 int : 10 wis : 10 cha : 8 I got 704 hp / 824 / 864 dr 17/- attacks (with mundane greatsword): 40/35/30/25 greater : 43/38/33/28 mighty 44/39/34/29 damage (with same mundane greatsword) 2-12 + 16 / 2-12 + 21 / 2-12 +22 17-20 crit range saves are kinda sad, but he has a good fort save. ac is kinda sad too, but an official bucket full of hit points and dr will make up for this, and he can wear full plate to compensate.
(edit : swap the greatsword for a longsword, and give him a shield, and you officially have a character that could fight himself for hours and probably only hurt himself once every 5 rounds. That's funny.)
