Could any experts tell me if Blackguard/Rogue/Cleric - IN any oder - could be made into a suitable build to defeat the storyline?

Race: Human
Classes: Rogue/Cleric/Blackguard, 4/12/14
Domains: Strength, Trickery

Stats~
Str: 15 [20]
Dex: 10
Con: 14
Int: 14
Wis: 14 [16]
Cha: 8

Lv 4: Strength [+1]
Lv 8: Wisdom [+1]
Lv 12: Wisdom [+2]
Lv 16: Strength [+2]
Lv 20: Strength [+3]
Lv 24: Strength [+4]
Lv 28: Strength [+5]

Level Progression~
Lv 1-3 [Rogue]
Lv 4-14 [Cleric]
Lv 15 [Blackguard]
Lv 16 [Cleric]
Lv 17-19 [Blackguard]
Lv 20 [Rogue]
Lv 21-30 [Blackguard]

NOTE: I don't think you'll top level 30 by the end of the HotU campaign, so I've only done the legwork up to that point.

Feats~
Lv 1: Disarm
Lv 1: Improved Disarm
Lv 3: Knockdown
Lv 6: Power Attack
Lv 9: Cleave
Lv 12: Improved Knockdown
Lv 15: Weapon Focus: Greatsword
Lv 18: Improved Critical: Greatsword
Lv 21: Epic Weapon Focus: Greatsword
Lv 24: Epic Prowess
Lv 27: Improved Initiative
Lv 29: Armor Skin [Epic Blackguard Feat]
Lv 30: Superior Intiative

Skills (207 ranks)~
Discipline: MAX at every Blackguard level
Tumble: Have 20 ranks at the Rogue level at 20
Hide: Have 5 ranks by level 3 (for Blackguard)

NOTE: Place the rest wherever you want them.

Vitals~
Attack Bonus: 30/25/20/15 (With a mundane Greatsword)
Hit Points: 322 max
Sneak Attack: 6d6

You've just enough Cleric levels for Heal and Harm, and Divine Power Improved Disarm, Improved Knockdown, Divine Favor, Stoneskin, and Improved Invisibility will greatly improve your fare in combat.
