I didn't see this version listed on the builds page. I've played this build and it's quite good. The downside is definitely that Divine Might and Divine Shield take a while to cast and don't last long.

There are also a few inaccuracies with the build:
lvl 18 - Extra Smiting is not a CoT extra feat. I took Blind Fight.
lvl 20 - If you took Blind Fight at lvl 18, then you have to pick a CoT feat that's not part of the build. I thought the best choices were Knockdown or Great Cleave (I took the later).
lvl 21 - You probably want to take Extra Smiting here instead of Great Charisma. The thing is that all those Great Smite's won't matter if you can only use Smite once.

I wasn't sure about the Great Wisdom feats at lvl 22 and 24. I think these are for the Cleric lvls that come much later (so you can cast 5th and 6th lvl spells I guess). I would take them at lvl 28 and 32 instead and take Great Smite here instead.

Skills
You want to go for Discipline, Concentration, Spellcraft, cross class Tumble - any leftovers into Heal or Persuade or something. You'll have enough to get 43 in Discipline and Concentration, 40 in Spellcraft, 20 in Tumble and have 6 spare skill points.

Levelling
1 - Paladin 1 - Power Attack, Cleave
3 - Paladin 3 - Weapon Proficiency: Exotic
6 - Paladin 6 - Weapon Focus: Scythe
7 - Cleric 1 / Paladin 6 - Strength and Healing domains
9 - Cleric 3 / Paladin 6 - Extra Turning
12 - Cleric 6 / Paladin 6 - Divine Might
13 - CoT 1 / Cleric 6 / Paladin 6
14 - CoT 2 / Cleric 6 / Paladin 6 - Improved Critical: Scythe*
15 - Cleric 7 / CoT 2 / Paladin 6 - Divine Shield
16 - Cleric 8 / CoT 2 / Paladin 6
17 - CoT 3 / Cleric 8 / Paladin 6
18 - CoT 4 / Cleric 8 / Paladin 6 - Toughness, Extra Smiting*
20 - CoT 6 / Cleric 8 / Paladin 6 - Blind Fight*

At level 20, the Disciple of Torm v3.0 has a BAB of 18 compared to v2.0's 17. It also has better saves, notably Reflex saves, because Reflex saves are class saves for CoT.

21 - CoT 7 / Cleric 8 / Paladin 6 - Great Charisma 1
22 - CoT 8 / Cleric 8 / Paladin 6 - Great Wisdom 1*
24 - CoT 10 / Cleric 8 / Paladin 6 - Great Charisma 2, Great Wisdom 2*
27 - CoT 13 / Cleric 8 / Paladin 6 - Epic Weapon Focus: Scythe
28 - CoT 14 / Cleric 8 / Paladin 6 - Great Smite 1*
30 - CoT 16 / Cleric 8 / Paladin 6 - Great Charisma 3
32 - CoT 18 / Cleric 8 / Paladin 6 - Great Smite 2*
33 - CoT 19 / Cleric 8 / Paladin 6 - Great Charisma 4
36 - Cleric 9 / CoT 21 / Paladin 6 - Great Strength 1
39 - Cleric 12 / CoT 21 / Paladin 6 - Armour Skin
40 - CoT 22 / Cleric 12 / Paladin 6 - Great Smite 3*

* = a CoT bonus feat

v3.0 of the Disciple isn't a massive improvement over v2.0 but if you're going to build one from scratch, build this one. v2.0 gets Extend Spell which v3.0 doesn't; I dropped it because with only 12 levels of Cleric and 16 Wisdom you don't have enough spell slots per level to start messing about with metamagic feats. So at the cost of one useless feat, a bit of re-jigging of the feats, and being stuck with level 4 Cleric spells for most of its levelling life, Disciple v3.0 gets +1 BAB, better saves, +2 AC, +40 HP and Blind Fight. Definitely worth it, huh?
