Hello!

This is my first build. Hope you like it. Anyway, I haven't read all the chars posted here so is possible similar characters are made. I like it, and it worked very good when I tested it.

It was created with the Novice to Epic Characters module.

(First I must apologize for my english. I'm spanish so some techincal names of feats and skills may not be exact, but I hope you understand all)

Character is a Monk 20/SD 5/Rogue 15.

Initial stats were:
STR 12
DEX 16
CON 14
INT 10
WIS 14
CHA 10

I have not listed class feats automatic given as I thought that were obvious.

Lvl 1 - Monk 1
skills: discipline, heal, move silently, tumble and heal +4 each
Feats: Dodge, Movility
Lvl 2 - Monk 2
skills: discipline, heal, move silently, tumble, heal +1
Lvl 3 - Monk 3
skills: same as lvl 2
Lvl 4 - Monk 4
DEX +1
skills: same as lvl 3
feats: weapon finese
Lvl 5 - Monk 5
skills: same as lvl 4
Lvl 6 - Rogue 1
skills: hide, move silently, tumble, heal +1, UMD +5
feats: blind fight
Lvl 7 - Rogue 2
skills: same as lvl 6 (I stopped heal here, because monk will acquire enough immunities so I think 10 is ok to survive first lvls)
Lvl 8 - Rogue 3
DEX +1
skills: hide, move silently, tumble, UMD +1 (in this lvl I started saving skill points for future lvls)
Lvl 9 - SD 1
skills: same as lvl 8
feats: weapon focus on weaponless impact (this is literal translation from spanish, don't know the correct name in english)
Lvl 10 - SD 2
skills: same as lvl 9
Lvl 11 - SD 3
skills: same as lvl 10
Lvl 12 - SD 4
DEX +1
skills: same as lvl 11
feats: spring attack
Lvl 13 - SD 5
skills: same as lvl 12
I stopped SD levels here as I though defensive roll was the last attribute of the SD I would want.
Lvl 14 - Monk 6
From here I went Monk all the way to 20. I put the skill points in Hide, Move Silently, Tumble, and used the saved skill points to boost concentration and discipline.
Feats I took from here to Monk 20 were: Improved critical with weaponless impact, toughness, Epic proficiency, Epic weapon focus on weaponless impact, and blinded skin, and this lets the character as Lvl 28 with the last lvl monk I got.
From this I went rogue all the way.
Skills I assigned points were hide, move silently, tumble, and boosted UMD. When I got UMD at maximum lvl I could, I did choose appraisal, but this is a personal point of view (because I wanted to save money ).
Feats chosen were: stealthy, additional stunning impacts, cripple with an impact (or something like that, don't know name, either), Epic dodge, blinding speed, and improve initiative.
I always push up my Dex rather than others because I plan to use monk clothes, so I have no Dex limitations.

I ended with a Monk/SD/Rogue with lvls 20/5/15
Final stats were:
STR 12
DEX 26
CON 14
INT 10
WIS 14
CHA 10

Final skills were:
Concentration 31, discipline 31, hide 43, move silently 43, tumble 43, heal 10, appraisal 41, UMD 43.

Attacks naked (no monk gloves) are +36/+33/+30/+27/+24
Naked AC is 34, HPs are 351

I have +8d6 with a nasty backstab attack, combined with Hide in Plain Sight give infinte of this, so I can kill almost everything with a few of them.
Being a monk it has great immunitys and resistances to spells and damage.

As I said it is my first build, so it can probably be improved, but I like it and enjoyed it so much.

Feedback is welcome.

Nice build, some changes I would suggest would be 20 monk/1 SD/19 Rogue. This will give you more sneak attack without losing anything since the feats you gain with 5 sd you can get using bonus rogue feats. Also in terms of min maxing it would be better to spend the 2 chr points into something else. A 1 modifier will very rarely help you with a roll, while, for example, another +2 strength would give you a consistant bonus to dmg.
Something to definetly change is to have any leveling pre epic to be taken in multiples of 4. If you take my suggestion on level distribution you could go 16 monk/4 rogue pre epic and take the SD level at 21. You get hips later, but gain some very much need ab. Ok, I'll look on to it. Thanx for the suggestions! Also I'd take Rogue rather than Monk first level for 16 additional skill points. I'm studying the version 20/1/19 and looks nice. I take the SD feats from the rogue extra feats as you said.

About the leveling I have to say:

- 1st lvl must be monk for roleplaying reasons (yes, I know the loose of skill points but he begins as just a humble monk )

- As it is a char to be played since the beginning in a PW, I think I have a better broad of skills leveling as I did, rather than waiting to epic to get my third class.

If I fully develop the new version I'll post it, but at the moment I'm working on a fighter tank and probably won't have time for both builds. I forgot to say in the first post the race chosen was human.
