Pros: 9 attacks per round with flurry of blows, 10 with haste as well, epic dodge, epic crit feats, good SR (31), can use empty body as basically the same thing as SC 5.
Cons: Low AC (29 naked), low AB (+35/+33/+33/+30/+30/+27/+24/+21/+18 with mundane kamas and flurry of blows), mediocre saves (27 ref, 23 fort, 19 will), low damage (14-19 main hand, 10-15 off hand), average health (388 max).
Overall: It's awesome to have Epic Dodge AND the epic crit feats, especially with the 50% concealment from Empty Body and 9 attacks. Unfortunately, nothing else about the build shines, making it overall nothing special. Still, a cool build.
A qualification to this build's mediocrity: It would truly shine in high magic servers, where AC is abused to irrelevancy. It has Epic Dodge and 50% concealment, making it practically impossible to hit, and gets 9 attempts per round for that natural 20 one needs in these situations. Against opponents with DR, you can drop your nat-20 attempts to 8 for +10 damage with Imp. Power Attack.
