This is a variation on my Infernal Thug build. Syrath suggested the CoT levels rather than the Fighter, and I got the idea to try to max out my Fort saves so that I could resist Dev. Crit. attempts.

This build may not get Epic Weapon Spec, but it does get 10d6 sneak attacks, and it's a Str-based build with Cleric buffs, so it's damage is still quite decent.
