The Ginsu Master (18 fighter/19 WM/3 Rogue ) - Epic Character Builder's Guild

After completing the Fairie Tornado, I wanted to see if I could do the same thing with a dwarf or a human. I found that I could. To recap: I wanted both dev crit and improved whirlwind using 2 weapon fighting style with kukris. I wanted uncanny dodge and 40 tumble and, if I could swing it, at least a 30 (after chr modifier)UMD. I wanted to maintain at least a 10 con. I wanted all of this with no xp penalties at any time. Click Here I think you did get some XP penalties in this build.
Should have been a dwarf and maintained the WM and Rouge to no more then 1 lvl diference Humans and half-elves do not get an xp penalty if one of thier classes is a prestige class. Weapon master is a prestige class.

There was at one time a "human/half-elf XP bug" that would give XP penalties, but that was fixed several patches ago.
