Ok, first off I'd like to thank Karas from Greater Fork for his inspiring of the pre epic feats list + the combat techniques and other various monk creators and rdd specialists who gave input.
I know there's a fair few Monk Sorc RDD builds now but I feel that this one is still mildly different and I hope someone agrees I don't know why people don't do 25 monk for the maximum AC while attaining full RDDness and getting 5 sorc levels in for spell craft and a few random spells that help in combat.
I'd like opinions on this as it's my first build to post here and probably needs lots of bashing down >_<
This build has a fair few advantages. 1) High AC, naked he now stands at 43 AC 2) Decent AB, unarmed at this moment he has 40/37/34/31/28 which with a buff of +12 (+6) dex and some nice +5 gloves
can hit 51 3) Two very useful spells to aid his combat tactics True Strike - Short term high AB to hit difficult targets Invisibility - You may need to move away from a target while you heal yourself and then can also catch them flatfooted Summon Creature 1/2 - A minor punchbag for your opponents to beat on while you try and recover after a particularly nasty strike 4) A fair few immunities.. including non magical diseases and poisons, mind spells, paralysis and fire. 5) Higher strength than most Dex fighters.
And a fair few disadvantages. 1) still open to critical hits O_O 2) can be stoned 3) if caught flatfooted is rather ickily sliced open 4) *insert your obvious instant death trick here*
Ok.. here goes

why RDD levels if weapon finesse?
Why not? I needed some charisma, it added 4 damage. Allowed a tiny amount more skill points . Oh and the immunities set is pretty cool.. and the wings.

If you switched the levels around a bit you could get something more or less like sorc 9/monk 21/ palemaster 10 which would give more AC bonuses, spell bonuses, and immunity to crit. hit. And for losing the wings, you can compensate with a cool arm that can strike opponents dead in a hit.
I'm not sure what level you need to be for level 5 spells, but if you could get to level 5 spells you could get Mestil's Acid Sheath/Elemental Shield/ Death Armor which would deal about 80 damage to an opponent on hit, and with your immunity to crit. hit and high ac...

would negate the damage shields; unfortunately, until that bug is fixed..
I don't understand? What negates the damage shield? The high AC? What's the bug? _________________ "A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." --Groucho Marx

The shields do not work if your ac does not get breached. Since the spell is supposed to be based on melee hits; it kinda means a mage depending on damage shields should go for low ac - making them almost useless (at lvl20; the avg damage they dish out is 80). At lvl20; a fighting character will hit the mage for easily 50hp (before crit), depending on equipment. Take into account a common-built mage only has around 100hp or so by that level; take premonition which will only soak 30hp of that IF it is +4 or less; and you have a mage dead before the fighter goes to injured. The shields are more useful with epic warding; but unless you sacrifice your casting ability and go with Palemaster, crits will typically push you over the edge quickly enough.
Ok; my long rambling point? Since ac can't be used to counter the damage being given to the mage; you will have to stay out of reach of the melee anyway.
I'd say the pale master idea is much better suited to the wizard as it allows to learn spells afterwards and such
