Thought out the universe there are many powerful beings, however there is one being that can stand against the Changlings, Androids and Demons (ma-jins) of the universe; a Super Saiyan.

Advantages
Despite the formidable power a Saiyan possesses he can achieve a greater power by becoming a Super Saiyan (barbarian rage). He also is exceptionally skilled at unarmed combat and knows a variety of combat techniques, as well brute strength. The toughed body of a Super Saiyan is not only more resistant to physical blows (damage reduction) but also magical attacks (spell resistance).

Weaknesses
Only buffing ability comes from going Super Saiyan (barbarian rage), 1 in 10 chance of a critical hit, low AC and hit points.

In Dragonball Z the main character (Goku) is a Saiyan, but basically a Saiyan is an alien from the planet Vegita. Saiyans also have the ability to go Super Saiyan (they become more powerful).

I thought a Super Saiyan build would be a novel idea.

One question though, would Rage be the best way to simulate a Saiyan's "super-ness"? It seems to me that they hit an entirely different level of being when going "super". Perhaps some cleric or something instead. Can anyone else think of something? Just for fun....

As the Saiyan are fighter spell caster would be out of character, though spells would make them stronger.

Possible, though it needs some levels of monk because all the main characters in Dragonball fight unarmed.

On the majority of not-so-serious servers Divine Power can be stacked to give you 3 additional attacks instead of 1 and DF is Divine Favor which gives +5 AB +5 Magical DMG (if you have >=15 levels in the casting class) so you can hit majorly hard.. Personally.. I think a Monk 21 Cleric 17 Wizard 2 (1 early in 20s to make it easier to level with true strike, 1 later on to max spellcraft saves) would be the sort of thing a SSJ is, short but not to short bursts of awesomeness.
