This is my first build here, dont be too hard with me .
I know it is not the uberest archer build, I planned this build to make him easy to play through any level and have things I think all archers(and all other dex builds) should (better speed than monsters and Uncanny Dodge -Isn't it Indispensable for dex builds?-, tumble). I also wanted him to get the best possible enchant arrow and being able to slighly buff myself.
Anyway, i fear he is a bit item-dependant, make sure you find a good composite bow and, if necessary, a str boosting item to fill the mighty slots your str cant (Remember you can cast bulls str and cats grace ). Later in the game you will be able to use monk/mage robes that wont give any casting penalty (Anyway, I only use casting for buffs, undress your armor, cast them and then dress it back).

Str: 14 // To be able to carry some loot and make mighty bows a bit useful Dex: 16 (Ending at 34) // This is our main stat here, AB and AC Con: 10 // We wont be meleeing, we dont really need lots of HP, Toughness will help here Wis: 8 // What can I say? We arent Yoda Int: 14 // Skills, skills and more skills, you can leave it at 10 and put the points somewhere else cha: 14 // A bit of casting, 13 is enough for bard level 3 spells (but I dont like odd stats) If you dont need level 3 spells you can leave it at 12 and use those extra points somewhere
An alternative could be:
str: 16 // A +3 Modifier with extra 4str from Bull's str (if lucky) can allow you to efficiently use a Composite longbow +5 // without needing any magic str boosting item. dex: 16 (34) con: 10 wis: 8 int: 10 // Forget about spot and maxing discipline (UMD is important here, we want monk clothes). cha: 12
You can play with those stats as much as you wish, remember leaving cha at least at 12 to not to make bard levels useless.
If you are playing in a low magic world without haste items you can invest more levels on bard and less on AA in order to be able to cast extended haste, just take extend spell instead of dodge.
I tested it in the "Novice to Epic" module and he could take down a prismatic dragon with ease. (I used +5 items mostly).

very nice i do believe that this might be the most versatile and at the same time powerful AA build to date
small suggestion while im at it, you mioght want to move bard from lvl 20 to lvl 23 or so sothat you get tumble and umd of 25, that way you get an extra ac nd all. you bab will not suffer

I did think on it too but there is a problem about that, I can take only 10AA levels pre-epic and, if I want 29AA levels I can take only 1bard post-epic.
how much damage does he do?
Nice build. I especially like the use of Barb - Uncanny Dodge is vital in a high DEX build like this and that extra speed boost never hurts. Heck, you even have a use of Rage to boost your STR and your Will save in an emergency if you need it.
Something to consider:
Drop Toughness and take Epic Prowess instead. You get +1 AB and lose 40 HPs. I feel if those 40 HPs are going to make a difference, you're in a world of hurt anyway... _________________ It's rogue, dammit, ROGUE!!!
