I changed a few things from the original. No Epic Perform. It only added 2 skill points to my song. Not worth the feat. His Taunt is still 70. Dropped Great Cleave for Divine Might. Seemed wise. He can get his Charisma up there, so it seemed useful.
Dropped Dex to 8 and gave him 40 more hit points and a 16 Strength so I could grab another Epic Feat(armor skin). He can cast a Cat's grace that will last all day if he needs the dex.
His saves really sky rocket when he flips the switch. His spellcraft shoots over 50, and with some eagles splendours and one decent charisma item, and he can easily have them all in the 40's. _________________ Got Hommlet? World of Greyhawk Action Server (with 1/2 price ales on Mondays!)

About time you posted this one, Grizz! I thought he was trapped in the abyss for a while.
Only thing I'd do is switch your level 22 and 23 to:
22)Bard 23)Blackguard
(if it doesn't mess with your skill point distribution). That way you get the +1 AC boost from Tumble a level earlier. No biggie, but it's always nice to get that boost asap.

Would it be possible to sub in a longsword over the battle axe?
I don't see why not, i believe longsword has the same stats (1d8 and 19-20 crit range?) as a battle axe so it would be exactly the same.

longsword is 1d8/19-20/x2 and battleaxe is 1d8/20/x3.

I know this build is old, but in case the Dwarflord or anyone happens to check it, you need Martial Weapons to use the battle axe. If I am wrong my apologies. I am going to build this and run it on a high magic server, looks to be very powerful.
