Just a variation on the 38 1 1 build I'm sure you all know well. Instead of taking 3 pally lvls for divine shield, why not just take 1 cleric level? Extra epic sorc feat.

*Chuckle* - What a build!

No offence, but I think you should rename it "the magic meatball" ...and make sure you use the "big boned" phenotype.

It seems the main focus of your build is to get high HPs. I figured it would be somewhere about 644 HP before any buffs. I guess you can add 240 HP if you max Con with spells/items. Have you considered Gnome instead of Human, adding +2 to Con?

By taking cleric instead of pally, you can choose neutral or evil alignment. You lose Divine grace and it's nice bonus to the saves.

It's a big problem with your build that you don't get better than lvl 6 spells before lvl 24, and that you have to wait until lvl 30 before you get lvl 9 spells.

Your high caster lvl gives a good spell penetration, but the low Cha makes your spells easier to save from (lower DC).
I think the best tactics with this build is to use the defensive damage shields to damage the opponent while casting non save attack spells like the IGMS.

But then you don't want a high AC. Remember, you just want to get hit. So you don't need the Divine shield, the high Tumble and the armor/shield.

If getting hit is your tactic, you should even consider dropping the Auto stills or some of the greater Con's for Damage reduction I - III.

Seriously though, you're not going to have that many spell slots because your CHA is so low and your spell DCs will suck. You can't always rely on level 9 spells for DCs - you only get so many of them and you wouldn't want to rest all day.

Also, couldn't you go for EDR?
