Interesting variation, with 2 monk lvls you don't have to wait till 40th lvl to get the WIS bonus to AC and you still get one epic spell.
I'm not sure whether it's true but I read somewhere in the forums that WF/EWF unarmed now work for shifted unarmed forms as well...if it's true I would try to squeeze them in somehow.
Why 31 WIS? if you were a 22nd lvl Druid you could benefit from a +11WIS from Owl's insight (as Zelle's build did), although it's true that you maybe don't have anywhere else where to put that extra point...

Why CON 14? You could leave it at 10 and increase INT for more skill points. Also, though it's something minor, you don't need 40 ranks in spellcraft but just 38 (with 14 INT) or even just 37 if your INT score is 16. Spellcraft in fact, differently from Tumble works with the modified score not the base ranks.
Tumble also needs only 40 ranks, 43 doesn't give you anything since it works in multiples of 5.
You can free up 5 skill points (6 if you put you INT at 16)...maybe not much but skill points are always useful.

Vincer๒ Zelle's Shifter (modified) with Unarmed Focii - Druid 20/ Shifter 19/ Monk 1

You might want to use something like this if the focii work. This version will then get the AB up for unarmed shapes. The extra feat that shifter 19 gets can be used to get Dragon Shape earlier but makes the Druid spells slightly less powerful.

I'm trying to get confirmation from someone about that AB thing. This one gets spells/shapes about evenly.

.."..".. You could start with 10 STR and 18 WIS, drop Great Wis IV and use the slot for another metamagic feat. I'd pick extended too but maximized can be handy also. Pity it lacks epic spells, a dragon summoning another dragon via dragon knight is something to me...

Vincer๒ Zelle had the STR at 13 to improve playability and I agree with her; You'll be a Druid in those first few levels and the extra STR helps with damage a little in some shapes which use your base STR like Kobold Commando.
