// Small sidenote, you do not need to use Still Spell to be able to cast War Cry in heavy armor. // The 10th RDD lvl can be taken at 37, 38 or 39th lvl to max out certain class skills // You can take in epic another route: 9 bard lvls, 10 rdd, 1 bard. This way you get faster benefit from spells & song.
This is my first build I post here, please do be kind. =)
Edit 1: Added Curse Song + Taunt to AB calculations.

My major suggestion would be to consider going two-hander. That will multiply your strength bonus to damage by 1.5.
Pretty solid otherwise... I'd actually put more on an emphasis on charisma and take divine shield/power feats, accepting a lower strength for higher saves, like I did with a recent blackguard build. _________________ Experience is the mother of good judgement; bad judgement is the father of experience.
You are right. Totally agree with you. This build is mainly focused for higher magic worlds.
Lower magic worlds would benefit from the extra Cha. It's possible to get more cha and loose a couple AB. But even on low magic you can get +4 charisma from that Aura of Glory(Not sure about this name) and Eagle's splendor. Up to +9 charisma. It would indeed also increase your saves.
About the 2 handed thingy, well.. Halberd =) I've always liked a halberd mixed with paladins. Truthful guardians. Loosing 3 ac to get more damage is a personal decision though. Works good on some worlds, but not all. A shield is therefor a compromis.
Thanks for the reply!

Erm ...I think you,ll find it was made by pulse cap and not me
Oh God, sooo sorry. I probably misread somewhere :/ I do that alot. Can I blame my evil twin, please?
You can get more skill points earlier by this simple change.
At level 5 Take Bard, +8 Lore At level 6 Take RDD At level 7 Take RDD At level 8 Take RDD At level 9 Take RDD
Then take all paladin and take 1 more bard pre Epic.
This gives you the same ab, but helps level with str at a lower level. Also your 9th level RDD is much lower thus you'll gain a lot more skillpoints and more ac sooner.
This would indeed help out, but otherwise make it more difficult to build if changing your alignement back and forth is not easily done on your PW.
i would suggest to take at least 15 lvls of pally , this way you can cast holyaveneger even if your wis is not maxed out , and it is definetifley the best pally spell.grease, darkness combined with dispell on hit is really really nasty ! you would also get +1 ab/dmg from divine favour.
you would loose 1 point ac from that change but thats all. your curse song would lower the ac only by 4 points but the +1 more ab from div favour evens that out.
and if you play in a high magic wolrd where you can get some +5 boots and max out your abilites the ac boost will be enough to reach the +20ac cap.
also i would stick to shield , even if you play in a low magic world , have a cleric casting magicvestment and you get +8 ac from the shield, also the scimi is a nice choice due to the high ab and the possibilty to drop ac youwill crit a lot with nice extra dmg (magic and divine ).
i also think your ab is high enough already so i would skip the greater str and take some epic energy resist instead - but this depends on the pw you play in. with only dmg immunites or none at all its really worth it.
you can also cast displacement and balagorns ironhorn wihtout the stillspell feat.
