An alternate build, where rogue is chosen over assassin for more skillpoints and improved evasion (or possibly crippling strike). Leveling is much smoother.
See the original build here Master of the Deathaxe . This build is somehow similar also to Jennalee's Versatile Weaponmaster , but different choices have been made both in race, starting stats, ending stats, feat choices and level split so that I felt this build deserved its own post.
Rogue results once again a better choice over assassin, see the OP for Finneous comment... I agree with him also about crippling strike, spam it and STR builds would become much less fearsome
Enjoy it!

Glad to see a reposted, Rogue version. This version looks more powerful and effective.

Mmmm. Improved Knockdown + Crippling Strike + Improved Weapon Spec + Sneak Attack + Great Axe. Yummy.

(Although that's almost overkill. Imp. Evasion probably a better choice over Crippling Strike for a Strength-based build.)

Thank ya!
I agree CS is almost overkill, that's why I posted it as an alternative... but a quite viable one indeed
And I also have to agree that rogue is more effective than assassin (sadly enough) you just loose a couple of spells you are going to have access to anyhow via UMD, a weak death attack and poison saves and you get back much more. Assassin seems to be a viable choice when going for lots of lvls and therefore a higher death attack DC and in dex builds for the bonus great dex feats. That's the way it is, unfortunately
Cheers
