If you don't live in a world where you are likely to get any charisma-boosting equipment, you should switch the 2 points allotted to charisma at character creation to constitution.

If you are going to go unarmored (for the speed bonus I gather), then taking monk to 10 at the expense of CoT might be a consideration. You'll lose 1 AC naked as you get another point of Monk AC and get Imp. Evasion and IKD earlier as well as a little more Monk Speed but you'll lose +2 to saves and AC while armored. _________________ .:\_/:. i hope this one is not a melee build. 8 con...i worry for this one's health. and with the AC not terribly high (as it would need to be to ensure a lack of hits)...well, i guess that i am saying i would drop cha for con regardless of the existence of cha items.
just my half a penny.

He could just opt to start with lower STR and DEX and raise them to required levels (leaving DEX at 15) to get more CON...
And the way those stats are listed is a total mess. I can't make much sense of them. Can't you just use something conventional Ithacan? _________________ .:\_/:. Only those who have known darkness in (OvO) their hearts will see the shadows in life... (|__|) ..".."..

Oh, I show the point allocation at character creation. I guess it is messy. Well, thanks for the comments.
You could rework it to get a higher constitution by taking points away from STR (-2/1), DEX (-2/1), and INT (-2):
1 ) Monk 1: Power Attack, 2W Fighting [Monk: Cleave] 2 ) Pal 1 3 ) Pal 2 WF Longsword 4 ) Pal 3 (DEX 15)
You could then take Ambidexterity at Level 6.
And you'd have 120 more hit points and 3 higher fortitude saves. And one less AB and one less damage. And 40 less skill points. You could take 20 from Taunt and 20 from Heal or suit to your taste.
