Stravinsky/Steve built the Divine Dervish of Torm with the same level split:

That build is different in several respects, most importantly the ability point distribution and ending.

This build will not require buffing to be effective, although buffing will make the build very hard to beat. True seeing will eliminate or minimize the problem of armor class being dex-based. With extend, you have the flexibility to make all of your buffs last a long time. As a level 26 cleric, the buffs will be quite difficult to dispel.

If you feel comfortable with your ability to pierce spell resistance, you could trade spell penetration with maximize spell, which would allow you to more or less spam ice storms if necessary (regular, empowered, and maximized). Which is fun sometimes. Just a quick question: didn't true seeing got fixed so as not to affect characters in stealth mode anymore?
Cheers,
Kail

No idea. Did it? That certainly has not been my experience in the Badlands.

True seeing is still the gold standard, in other words.

Does that count as feedback on the build? let me be clear, I appreciate the feedback. very much.

I was just wondering whether true seeing is still the gold against sneakers that it was. I think I read it somewhere (should be in one of Jennalee's builds)that a recent patch fixed up true seeing.
And let me be clear: I like your build, well done Ithacan!
Kudos

Vinceṛ thank you pendragon. You cannot take Toughness as a CoT feat, so you need to shift the feats around if you want that feat over, say, Blind Fight (which is what I did when this presented itself and I have been quite happy with the choice):

12) Monk 3 Imp Crit (Kama); (DEX 19)
13) CoT 1
14) Cot 2 CoT Feat: Improved 2WF
15) CoT 3 Empower Spell
16) CoT 4 CoT Feat: Toughness (DEX 20)

to

12) Monk 3 Toughness; (DEX 19)
13) CoT 1
14) Cot 2 CoT Feat: Improved 2WF
15) CoT 3 Empower Spell
16) CoT 4 CoT Feat: Imp Crit (Kama)(DEX 20)

Good hunting.
