Why do you get Thundering Rage for a low critical range weapon? Use a scimitar to get more out of it.

EDIT: well, you had already stated that

OK then, another thing: go Bard 3/Pale Master 19 to gain a feat. Perhaps drop Epic Prowess and pick to Great Strength for a modifier of +10, then get a greataxe for +15 damage Losing the skill dump though. Well, if you like offence better than defence.

Even if you don't do this I'd still drop Charisma to 12, raise Intelligence to 13 and pick IKD in place of Extra Music - level 6 Bard Song doesn't sound that good. You don't even get to pick any 3rd level spells ;x

But you get to cast 2nd-level extended spells, and I don't want to waste a slot for a cha+ item.
