I have built this Elf and Human (below). The elf version has a higher Strength and Constitution than the Human version but loses a metamagic feat, Still or Extend Spell. Those ability increases are the equivalent of the feats Toughness (adds 40 hit points, plus +1 to fortitude as an additional bonus) and Weapon Specialization (adds +1 to all damage rolls and additional carrying capacity as an additional bonus).
Similar to but different level split as Aldaelyn's Death Rogue: Click Here
Compare to my Death's Monk (DEX): Click Here
STR 8 + 4 = 12 DEX 10 + 6 = 16 + 4/2 = 18 ending at 32 CON 6 + 6 = 12 INT 8 + 6 + 4/2 = 16 WIS 8 CHA 8
*Still Spell will permit you to cast True Strike and Darkness while wearing your shield. Extend Spell will permit you to extend your very short buffs. Your most important buffs will be Prot. From Evil, Invis. and Imp. Invis., Stoneskin, and Mestil's Acid Sheath. A hard choice, really. I'd take Still.
AB: 24 base + 11 dex + 3 Epic WF +1 EP = 39 (3/round)
Other than Reflex, the Saves are sad, frankly, BUT you are immune to many things that you'd be saving against. You will need to make sure you have P from E up more or less at all times.
Casts Level 6 arcane spells as a Level 3 caster.
Use Knockdown, Darkness, and Wizard/Palemaster Summons to generate Sneak Attacks.
HP: 242 (Max) ______________________________
Human Version of Deathless Rogue (Rogue 21/Wizard 3/Palemaster 16) PvP and PvM, Playable 1-40 (Human (Any Non-Good))
STR 10 DEX 18 ending at 32 CON 10 INT 16 WIS 8 CHA 8
Still Spell will permit you to cast True Strike and Darkness while wearing your shield. Extend Spell will permit you to extend your very short buffs. Your most important buffs will be Prot. From Evil, Ultravision, Invis. and Imp. Invis., Stoneskin, and Mestil's Acid Sheath.
Why knockdown... Without any disciplen how can you knock anyone down?
A discipline check is for resisting knockdown, not knocking people down. If you hit with a knockdown, they have a discipline check to resist it. So you have knockdown to generate sneak attacks. You resist knockdown by having a real high AC.
Not that I'd recommend this (you give up a lot of AC), but you can build the human version as a dual-wielder:
You give up Extend Spell and Still Spell, too, but you no longer need Still Spell since you can't wear a shield and won't be wearing armor. It's only +3 to your AC in a non-magic setting but +8 if you can have +5 gear.

In my experience both True Strke and Darkness cast perfectly in armor..

-DaMouse
which would make choosing between the two quite easy. verbal and no somatic, huh? useful information, thanks.
well, the spell says that it is verbal and somatic in its components, but I cast it four or five times to test it and didn't fail once with a 45% of failure. so da mouse may have a point.
The Grimoire indicates that both true strike and darkness are only verbal
Err, where's Epic Weapon Focus?
EDIT: Also, I'd replace Dodge with Toughness. Contrary to popular belief, you do not need Dodge to attain Epic Dodge. _________________ http://www.dormaeglinunderdark.com/

True, as I learnt and verified ED requirements are bugged both about dodge and tumble ranks

If I had known that, I would take that 19th level of Rogue earlier. I don't know where EWF went, but it is clearly more important than Epic Prowess. It may even be worth dropping two Gr Dex feats to pick up EWF and an epic feat of your choice.
On the Dodge feat, I agree. I didn't even include the dodge AC bonus in my calculations. Toughness or Blind Fight, depending on what you think will be most helpful. This guy's schtick does not involve getting hit much.
