In my experiments to craft the next spellsword to play in my PW, I came across the Harper Warrior.
He has acceptable AB, level 9 arcane spells, buffs over the dispell-cap, beats all default toolset-SR, dev crit and 2 epic spells.
If anyone has an idea how to fit in a 3rd epic spell, I'm all ears ... that's what's still keeping me from starting to play him

Human, any non-evil
PvM, Level 1-40, should also be able to hold his own in PvP

Options:

Go dwarf instead of human for an extra 40 HP, skip Weapon-Spec feat then.

I'd choose Illusion or Divination as spell school for the wizard, both don't loose essential spells for this build and the extra spells come in handy.

Use HS(1) on level 23 for ESF(Discipline) or ESF(Spellcraft) and get ICC with Wiz(15)
alternatively get GreatInt(2) instead of Epic Spell Penetration

If you can get along with less spell penetration, switch the 2 pre-epic spell-penetration feats for KD and IKD

Don't forget: you're no arcane artillery, so use your spells for buffs and no-save spells. IGMS & Bigbys, coupled with Ultravision and Darkness are your friends!
Damage shields and Shapechange to golem is another nice way for bad critters

If there's no way to fit in a 3rd epic spell, Epic Warding is probably a better choice than Hellball.

Hope you like it, and hope even more for suggestions of improvement

Ah, well, had been hoping for more response, but I did manage to get a 3rd epic spell myself by fiddling around a bit.
So for those who maybe are interested in that, here it goes:

01: Illusionist(1): Alertness, Still Spell, {Scribe Scroll}
02: Fighter(1): Weapon Focus: Rapier
03: Fighter(2): Extend Spell, Power Attack
04: Illusionist(2): STR+1, (STR=17)
05: Fighter(3)
06: Fighter(4): Combat Casting, Cleave
07: Illusionist(3)
08: Fighter(5): STR+1, (STR=18)
09: Fighter(6): Iron Will, Great Cleave
10: Illusionist(4)
11: Fighter(7)
12: Fighter(8): STR+1, Spell Penetration, Improved Critical: Rapier, (STR=19)
13: Illusionist(5): Maximize Spell
14: Fighter(9)
15: Illusionist(6): Greater Spell Penetration
16: Fighter(10): STR+1, Blind Fight, (STR=20)
17: Illusionist(7)
18: Fighter(11): Toughness
19: Illusionist(8)
20: Fighter(12): STR+1, Expertise, (STR=21)
21: Illusionist(9): Epic Weapon Focus: Rapier
22: Illusionist(10): Great Intelligence I, (INT=17)
23: Harper Scout(1): Improved Combat Casting
24: Illusionist(11): STR+1, Great Strength I, (STR=23)
25: Illusionist(12)
26: Illusionist(13)
27: Illusionist(14): Overwhelming Critical: Rapier
28: Illusionist(15): INT+1, Great Intelligence II, (INT=19)
29: Illusionist(16)
30: Illusionist(17): Automatic Still Spell I
31: Illusionist(18)
32: Illusionist(19): STR+1, (STR=24)
33: Illusionist(20): Automatic Still Spell II, Automatic Still Spell III
34: Illusionist(21)
35: Illusionist(22)
36: Illusionist(23): STR+1, Devastating Critical: Rapier, Epic Spell: Epic Mage Armor, (STR=25)
37: Harper Scout(2)
38: Illusionist(24)
39: Illusionist(25): Epic Spell: Epic Warding
40: Illusionist(26): STR+1, Epic Spell: Hellball, (STR=26)

Note: raising INT later means less skillpoints, so I probably wouldn't go dwarf with this one

Still not sure whether Illusion or Divination is the better choice ... any hints on that one? YOu can get alot more than 1! Drop the gr cleave, oc and dc and you would have 2 more epics! THe only reason I say this is because dev crit is becoming a dinosaur on pws.

Peace Illusion definitely beats out Divination for magic school in a spellblade build that's taking this many levels in Wizard. You wouldn't want to miss out on Improved Invisibility, would you? Are you sure you can take SP feats on fighter lvls?

Yep, you're right, was thinking Divination would forbid Necromancy, but it's only the other way round.
Easy choice then, thanx for reminding me
