Morning star? Why not a battleaxe (better crit multiplier and same range) or a scimitar for increased crit range? Or warhammer if you wanna keep a bludgeoging weapon, for a better crit multiplier?
A note for those who do not know: mighty rage and great rage stack, so you easily hit the stat cap for STR and CON without any item at all.

Morning Star was for a change really. Personally I prefer bludgeoning damage on a big tank, not for any particular reason. Warhammer would indeed be of more benefit mind you.
AS for the rages, thanks for the tip, I assume the Will bonus of +3 (greater) and +4 (mighty) stack also. But do you still lose 2 AC from Greater when they stack?
Another thing about morning star. It has piercing and Blunt damage, it sounds like an advantage, but it is not. If your enemy has DR for either of those types, they resist the morning star. It should be the other way around......
You get the -2 AC, yes.
Yes also the will bonus stacks and you get the -2AC from greater rage. Keep present you have to activate first mighty rage than greater rage for the stacking to occur. That's useful, so that you can decide whether you need that extra offensive power at the cost of -2 AC. A pity mighty rage has less uses per day.
