Hey all, here's my first build on the guild, so be gentle, hehe.

This is my attempt at creating a front-line, tank-class that can use scrolls (elemental shield, acid sheath come to mind), take a lot of physical damage, and has a few tricks up his sleeve.

I'd drop Power Attack and Cleave for a couple more Great Strengths. Your AB isn't high enough for you to comfortably knock 5 off of it for some extra damage, and Cleave is of very limited use at high levels.

Nice build, though . Welcome aboard. I like it! Good use of the fighter levels for extra epic feats too. I would probably swap crippling strike with imp evasion since he's more defense orientated and a lowish AB. He has Improved Evasion

Anyway I'd drop Power Attack, Cleave and Called Shot in the epic levels for epic feats. You can get 4 points more STR by dropping the above mentioned feats for Great STR's and moving EDR3 to DD22, picking a Great STR at 27. Your AB would hence rise to a decent +39.

Since I didn't see you mention these in your original post...

Move 2 FTR lvls preepic and 2 rogue lvls in epic and get 1 AB, not to say heavy armor, shield and martial weapons proficiencies as soon as 2nd lvl (begin rogue for more skill points), I really don't see the point of your lvling especially considering you are taking normal feats with epic slots (apart the early crippling strike, but you can live without that). Skill dumps from rogue at 12th and/or 17th lvl would be nice too, so I'd definitely move some FTR preepic (2 or 3 lvls... 2 is better for save optimization, 3 for skill dumps "slots"). Also, I'd drop power attack and/or cleave as mentioned and try to take 1 EDR as a DwD bonus feat to free up a general epic feat.
With a DwD/rogue early IE is very useful IMO, I'd maybe get it before crippling strike but that's just preference... and it's not something I'm sure about myself. Crippling strike is just sooo nasty
Guess that's all

Cheers,
Kail

He has Improved Evasion

Aye, sorry I wasn't more clear. I meant swap as in the order he takes them.
