Okay dual-wielder. but with all your Epic feats, go for Great STR VII, for ending STR at 34. It will increase AB by three, and get you 44 dual-wielding. And also increase damage. Yeah, your AC will be low, those hp's from Epic toughness will not do so much difference. Hit them hard.

Could some of those Epic Toughnesses (is that a word) be replaced (in twos) with Great Con? +2 con == +40hp at level 40 plus improving Fort saves.
I am assuming that Great Con is not a fighter bonus feat, so you can't do them all, but perhaps the every-3-level feats could be used?

ShayneP is right and his suggestion is the preferred way if you want to gain HP. I am with Grimnir, however.
