4 th : lesser breach , ice storm, shadow conjuration: mage armor , improved invisibility .
5 th : lesser spell mantle , greater shadow conjuration: lesser globe, mestil acid sheath, energy buffer
6 th: Greater brach , IGMS , true sight
7 th: finger of Death, Spell mantle , power word stun,
8 th : horrid wilting , sun beam , mind blank
9th : Mordekeins Disjunction , Bigby, power word kill

If you want a more defensive char then swap the following
take expertice and imp expertice instead of spell focus and greater spell focus
take Combat Casting instead of Toughness
and improved combat casting instead of epic spell focus
just a note you can counter in imp expertice
