Hi! Long time leech, first time poster. So feedback is welcome, but be gentle..

This here is a build I've been wanting to play for a long time, I know it is not great, or even close.. And there are several builds out there which are very similar (probably the same once the suggested changes are applied). I was actually inspired by jedis (no, not the saber swinging maniac-way). But rather the mystique that surrounds them, and how they manage to not only prevail, but in most cases completely unharmed, even though wearing no protection. For this I needed Epic Dodge, while still maintaining some skill with a weapon (shortswords are abominations!). So this was very much a dex/str split. I went elf, because I just like them, human would/could/should be possible. Obviously this is a pure roleplay build, but further down it has been converted to (hopefully) meet the standards of this guild. It may be strong, and may not (haven't tested that aspect).

Playable from level 1-40 PvM, PvP depends on level of magic, Low = good.

Ps. Someone explain to me how to make stuff bold, and I will fix this post a bit. to make something bold type around the word you want bolded. (replace the <> with []) That is, like this text here

In you power version there are some major problems. I suggest that you try to build it in game because Monks can not take WF at lvl 1 and PA requires 13 str. But i have been known to be wrong before (who am i kidding that should be often!)

Both great catches, guess it's even more obvious now which one of them I actually build and tested

well, switch around Toughness to first, Finesse to 4th instead of Power Attack, and pick whatever on the 6th level and that should be fixed.

Edit: I am so stupid

The main problem is that you will have XP penalties practically throughout the build. You might want to consider a race that lets you take at least 1 of the classes as a preferred class (i.e. Halfling, Dwarf, or Human), and balancing the other 2:

I.E. Human, Monk 20/Fighter 10/Rogue 10
Dwarf, Monk 18/Rogue 17/Fighter 5
Halfling, Monk 6/Rogue 28/Fighter 6 (like my Felonius Monk build).

Etc.

I would also add at least 1 fighter level in Epic so you can pick up EWS.
