AC (With a non magical robe, unbuffed) 40 (fully buffed with a non magical robe) 67
AB (with 2 non magical rapiers) main hand 29/24/19 Off hand 29/24
Saves ..normal/ vs spells
Fort 21/29 Reflex 27/35 Will 22/30
playable in PvM, 1-40, but straight 40 is the way to fully enjoy it
the magic on this build is to use the monk boots of the sun soul and the robes of the shining hand to boost the AC all the way up...
fully buffed and with a +5 robes and +4 boots it can scratch the 78, with a good pair of rapiers it can deal some serious sneak attack damage
If one is to walk this path, I would suggest Wizard5/Rogue13 and get Epic Dodge and another sneak die in damage. The high AC, Epic Dodge, Improved Evasion and Def Roll will make him hard to go down. _________________ Got Hommlet? World of Greyhawk Action Server (with 1/2 price ales on Mondays!)
Ariel, Ookla, RIDE!
I thought of that but
if it was to put epic dogdge in it i think monk would have been the best choice, this is someone to be in a party atacking from behind and weakening the opposite party

Are you saying getting Epic Dodge weakens this build? I can't understand what's your point -- it's obviously easy enough to get Epic Dodge in this build. _________________ "And one calculates time from the dies nefastus on which this fatality arose – from the first day of Christianity! – Why not rather from its last? – From today? – Revaluation of all values!"

Last I recall, monk CANNOT get epic dodge. iirc, you need defensive roll, which the monk will not get!
I'll put it this way, a dexer without epic dodge is about as useful as a piece of lint lyin on the floor! For you to split the lvls like this makes the character very fragile. You get nothing from the 6th lv wizard, yet 13 monk gets you epic dodge.. hmm. I suggest that anyone who thinks of trying to build this guy look seriously at this small IMPROVEMENT!
Oh, and take rogue at lv 1! You'll get many more skills!

You were right .... epic dodge does strenghten it A LOT
so i remade it its
rogue 15 wizard 5 palemaster 20
the rest it basically the same except for the leveling and you take the epic dodge as soon as you get all the feats needed from the rogue. Defensive Roll(rogue 10) and Impoved Evasion (rogue 13), i improved 2 more levels in rogue to get +1d6 of sneak damge, but you can put the other 2 in pale master to get another epic spell

Maybe an updated version of the build is in order?

Wizard 5/PM 20 doesn't get level 9 spells, however; that may be a turn-off for some people. Try Rogue 13/Wizard 7/PM 20 _________________ "And one calculates time from the dies nefastus on which this fatality arose – from the first day of Christianity! – Why not rather from its last? – From today? – Revaluation of all values!"

This aint a monk build... And yea, ur right about that monks cant get epic dodge els they take some rogue or SD lvls.
5 wiz 13 rogue 22 pm seems to b the best choice in my eyes, altho 9th lvl spells might b more useful than a epic pm feat but i still think i would had gone for more pm in that build.
Wizard 5/PM 20 doesn't get level 9 spells, however; that may be a turn-off for some people. Try Rogue 13/Wizard 7/PM 20
Well you can take epic mage armor and epic warding , take your own conclusions

What's your point? He still doesn't get ninth level spells, such as Bigby's Crushing Hand. _________________ "And one calculates time from the dies nefastus on which this fatality arose – from the first day of Christianity! – Why not rather from its last? – From today? – Revaluation of all values!"
i don't rely on offensive spells for this build, the spells you need are defensive like shadow shield epic mage armor epic warding and a couple of others
true the bigby spells help a lot but i don't enjoy them much

Answering with another quote, from somewhere else, by Grimnir77:
Quote: Palemasters are an exception, they access Epic spells when their class level become lvl 15.

I'm not talking about epic spells I don't get it _________________ "And one calculates time from the dies nefastus on which this fatality arose – from the first day of Christianity! – Why not rather from its last? – From today? – Revaluation of all values!"
I think the OP is probably forgetting the usefulness of Mords and Time Stop. Those alone are worth attaining, and it is attainable without jeopardizing or sacrifing something else in the build. My original suggestion accomplishes just that thing. _________________ Got Hommlet? World of Greyhawk Action Server (with 1/2 price ales on Mondays!)

No - as far as I can tell, your suggestion was Wizard 5/Rogue 13/PM 22 which has the slots of a level 5 +22/2 = 5 +11 = 16 Wizard. No ninth level spells. _________________ "And one calculates time from the dies nefastus on which this fatality arose – from the first day of Christianity! – Why not rather from its last? – From today? – Revaluation of all values!"
Hmm, that's true. Math genes must be acting up again. _________________ Got Hommlet? World of Greyhawk Action Server (with 1/2 price ales on Mondays!)

That's why I suggested the Wizard 7/Rogue 13/PM 20 I think that's the best level distribution, though everyone else seems to disagree. Go figure _________________ "And one calculates time from the dies nefastus on which this fatality arose – from the first day of Christianity! – Why not rather from its last? – From today? – Revaluation of all values!"
I'll try that, and compare both
