Based somewhat on this build by stravinsky, and I looked for other similar builds in the search engine but found none. At anyrate, I was working on this two years ago, too.
What is has: Devastating Critical Terrifying Rage Level 8 Cleric spells, maxed cleric buffs Concealment from cast Improved Invisibility DR II + Epic DR III (DR 11/-) Massive hitpoints (600 max)
Walks a tightrope on the feats and ability score increases. Make one mistake and it's over. Do it right and get everything a melee character wants and more. Suffers a 20% XP penalty from level 19 to level 21, but none before or after that.
Saves: Fort 35, Reflex 21, Will 28 Saves while Raged/Buffed: Fort 45, Reflex 29, Will 35 (at Fort 45, he's effectively immune to Dev Crit)
Naked AC: 9 Buffed AC (no magic items, fullplate and tower shield): 35. Little weak here, but considering most things will flee from his presence and be open to Dev Crit attacks, he's concealed and has 11/- DR and a mountain of hitpoints, AC is less of a concern.
Attack Bonus (main weapon): +38/+33/+28/+23 Attack Bonus buffed with full line of cleric buffs, no magic items: +64/+59/+54/+49 (easily hits the cap on STR and CON with no magic items)
Terrifying Rage DC: 42+1d10+CHA mod
Shopping list: Saving throw items, AC++ items, a nice weapon, and something that increases Intimidate skill. _________________ PnP Non-proficient weapons hak

Very nice. I like this build a lot.
Barbarbian/Cleric/Cot has other options, too. The DR 11/- is nice, but not all that great. By dropping CON to 16 to start and raising INT to 12, you get 43 more skill points, +3 STR, and four additional epic feats. Or you could start with 14 WIS as well and gain +6 stats in other areas to start, and use the COT levels to raise your WIS to 18. Then you could take epic skill focus Intimidate and epic reflexes. Combined with 40 ranks in spellcraft, you'd never fail a save. By Dropping CoT levels to 8 you could raise barb level to 16 and get an additional rage. Or stay at level 15 Barb and raise Cleric levels to 17 for a few Implosions. Can run for a long time on +12 max CON and STR cap by casting bull's/endurance, then extended aura of vitality, then greater rage (+2+4+6=12). This would raise his Dev Crit DC to 45. Could also raise DEX or CHA a bit instead (dex for reflex saves, CHA for Terrifying and making the War Domain Power last longer). Or you could forego Dev crit if it is disabled and raise CON to obscene levels.

Neat, very good leveling progression, too bad CON and STR end at odds, dev crit enters very late, and it's at minimum DC.
Hmmmm, I don't see much use on Improved Iinvisibilty with a melee like this guy, might work better with Healing Domain methinks.

+6 DC while rage/buffed. But you could drop the CON and add up to +9 to Dev crit DC while rage/buffed. Not much way around the odd stats unless you drop CON and skip the DR.

Concealment is still valuable. 50% less damage from attacks missing, coupled with the DR, means he'll going to take 60 to 100% less damage per attack against him. With a mountain of hit points and the ability to full heal himself at least 7 times (4xHeal, 3x Greater restoration), it will take a very long time to kill him. He can sustain damage that would kill most other characters; effectively around 10,000 hit points between the misses, the DR, and 7 heals. Of course, the additional heals from Healing domain could come in handy, too, but one concealment effect can prevent a lot more than 5 additional heals would provide. your charisma modifier is too low to use Divine Wrath..!..which as it only lasts 5 rounds with maximum Charisma can be a little misleading to post with the ABs!
Otherwise all good however as the build is focussing in 3 ability increases (str, con & wis) it may be stretching it a little too far, though CoT bonus feats make Dev & increasing Wisdom a little easier, still has low Str for a melee build...
I meant in the sense that Improved Invisibility is not a full concealment and it can be dispelled with True Sight. Anyway, I just re-read the description, and you keep the concealment even after loosing invisibility by attacking...... bad moment to realize that.
It is 28 BAB +7 base STR ((25-10)/2 = 7.5 = +7 STR) +6 Buffed STR (bulls +2, extended aura of vitality+4, greater rage +6) +5 GMW +3 wf/ewf +12 buffs +3 War Domain power (should be +4, but we hit the +20 cap from 5GMW+12buffs+3Domain=20) = 64
Granted war domain power only lasts three rounds with the low CHA, but it's there and good for 4-5 rounds with buffed CHA, more with items.

Maybe so, but for PvM as designed it's not that big of a deal. Personally, against human opponents, I'd drop the DR and CON and ramp up STR, as I stated above as options for this three class combo. With +12 STR for extended periods of time, the STR is not *that* low unless we're talking about a higher magic item world. Improved Invisibility is not a full concealment and it can be dispelled with True Sight
True Seeing does not give any bonusses to hitting concealed creatures, though it does mean u will see invisible creatures...blind fight allows an extra roll...however Invisibilty Purge will dispell it!
