Okay, well that was the level 40 όber Spellfire nuker build fellow! I picked three focused schools, because frankly, I like Necromancy, Enchantment and Transmutation and can never decide between them. Anyway, some may feel a Wizard needs Epic Warding and more metamagic feats; I feel there are two solutions: either drop one Spell Focus group for two metamagic feats and Epic Warding, or try the 'more balanced version'. Here's the more balanced version, which should be quite playable ground up.

1. Wizard1 - Spell Focus: <school>/Toughness
2. Wizard2
3. Wizard3 - Metamagic
4. Wizard4
5. Wizard5 * Spell Penetration
6. Wizard6 - Expertise
7. Wizard7
8. Wizard8
9. Wizard9 - Improved Expertise
10. Wizard10 * Combat Casting
11. Wizard11
12. Bard1 - Greater Spell Focus: <school>
13. Wizard12
14. Wizard13
15. Wizard14 - Metamagic
16. RDD1
17. RDD2
18. RDD3 - Metamagic
19. RDD4
20. RDD5
21. RDD6 - Great Intelligence I
22. RDD7
23. RDD8
24. RDD9 - Great Intelligence II
25. Wizard15 * Improved Combat Casting
26. Wizard16
27. Wizard17 - Epic Spell Focus: <school>
28. Wizard18
29. Wizard19
30. Wizard20 - Great Intelligence III * Great Intelligence IV
31. Wizard21
32. Wizard22
33. Wizard23 - Great Intelligence V * Great Intelligence VI
34. Wizard24
35. Wizard25
36. Wizard26 - Great Intelligence VII * Great Intelligence VIII
37. Wizard27
38. Wizard28
39. Wizard29 - Great Intelligence IX * Great Intelligence X
40. Bard2

NOTE: yup, no Epic Warding. I wanted it, sure, but one has to give up something for maxing INT. At least Improved Expertise & ICC should help while casting, and Premonition is oftentimes effective - against mobs at the very least.

Er, let us agree he's meant for a party, aye?

Distribution
------------
Wizard 29/Bard 2/Red Dragon Disciple 9

Statistics:

AB
--
Who cares?
Indeed who does I wonder? But for those who do:
--
22

Damage
------
Low.

Instead, I am going to calculate the spell DCs:

For focused school(s), DC = 10 +L +15 +6 = 31 +L
For other schools, DC = 10 +L +15 = 25 +L

Where L = Spell Level.

AC
--
10 Base
+1 Dexterity
+4 Tumble
+3 RDD bonus
--
18 for the first build
+4 Mage Armor
+4 Haste
+3 Empowered Cat's Grace
+3 Shield
+3 Shadow Shield
--
35

10 Base
+1 Dexterity
+8 Tumble
+3 RDD bonus
--
22 for the second build
+10 Improved Expertise
32
+4 Mage Armor
+4 Haste
+3 Empowered Cat's Grace
+3 Shield
+3 Shadow Shield
--
49

HP
--
29d4 Wizard
2d6 Bard
3d6 RDD
2d8 RDD
4d10 RDD
--
202
+4 * 40 Constitution
--
362

+40 Toughness (for the second build)
--
402

Saves
-----
23 Fortitude
20 Reflex
24 Will

and for the second build

22 Fortitude
18 Reflex
24 Will

The first build gets 462 skill point, and the latter gets 446. Too many, really

That's all for tonight, I guess. Thanks

BTW Kail, if you feel the AB is absolutely necessary... well, feel free to edit it in *cough* I think it's like 25 or so Done

Added AB, added RDD bonus to AC, fixed HP total - Kail Pendragon

Clever use of ability score increases. Good job.

PnP Non-proficient weapons hak What was the reason to stop RDD at lvl 9? Seems one more lvl of that would benefit the build alot. Does the build suffer if it is a 28/2/10 split? He'd lose one bonus feat, if you want to keep the INT maxed something else has to be given up. What Kail said.

Thank you for the comments.

Well, I just viewed the builds on my vault, and of course I had to forget something! This time it was +3 AC from RDD. Kail, be a kind moderator now, and fix it

Fixed, and now be kind and let me update the index 126 new builds! - Kail

Nice build Finn, I like the first version but I'd go with foci in just two schools. Gnome looks like a nice alternative to me, maybe even better than human. Besides, gnome with wings look cute

Cheers,
Kail

Oh darn! That's right, thank you. So, the first build has 362 and the second 402, great! Nice HPs for a caster if you ask me Hadn't noticed it because frankly, when testing, I don't bother myself with rolling max HP.

That's why you put it in the CBC, Finn. Damn, really good build, and a wizard I could be tempted to trying out. Not much to say about any of those versions, seeing that I am not to good on Spellcasters, but your DC's will be...... darn.

Good job as always. Good use of the multiclassing, adding up on AC and hp's.
