Well, first that requires an alignment shift and I don't build to alignment shifts.

Paladin 38 seems a little much. Go with paladin 37 and rogue 2 and you get evasion. Seems like that has more of an edge to it.

Ich bein idiot. You have to switch Con 12 to Con 10 and Int 12 to Int 14. You lose 40 hit points and gain 40 skill points. Taunt 40 would fit nicely.
Or you can take Toughness and Blind Fight instead.
