Im not 100% satisfied with the skill points progress. (I took lore for identifying simple items but its fit in late)

Disadvantages are low hp.
You have no hips so it is discussable to have such a high ms/hide skill but it fits the character.
Low duration spells.

It might not be he best build for PvP but im sure it will do fine PvM.
Again i like to point out it is no powerbuild. (then i would have dropped the 6 fighter lvls and squeezed in 5 sd lvls so i get hips this will make you sacrifice some ab points but it will get you epic dodge and hips)

But to compensate for hips you have Improved Invisible as a spell.

I forgot to mention its playable from 1-40 (though the first 6 lvls can be a bit challanging)

I suggest using Ultravision + Darkness to generate sneak attacks...not much else at lvl 2 worth casting thats better than these spells anyway... Other than that, its a bit weak...but meh, its good for PvM! I said it wasn't a PvP (power) build. Though i think its not all that weak.

Might indeed be a bit weak in PvP, but I don't know what you plan to do when you when you fight undead in PvM. No sneaks, no crits on them. So you can do something like 7-10 damage per hit. Darkfire will help, but it won't last a very long time. I also started an assassin/wizard and was very quickly corrected to pump STR instead of DEX.

Original Concept:

Improved:
Gravewalker Assassin (v. 2) - Wizard 5/Pale Master 10/Assassin 25

As for stragetie, I would definitely go with darkness/ultravision.

Edit: I take it back, with 10 levels of wizard, you're going to have darkfire last a while.

Arg, I just noticed you took Improved Disarm and no weapon finesse in a dex build! Please don't do that. Also, you won't be able to disarm anything, since you have tiny weapons and a pitiful AB. Disarm is based on weapon size, and every size above yours grants the target a +4 bonus vs. your attack roll. Regarding AB, you really need weapon finesse, because at 28 AB you're going to have to roll 20s to hit any kind of epic critter. OH MY GOD!

stupid me i forgot the most importand feat weapon finesse.

EDIT:
You could drop teh exotic weapon feat and take finesse. As weapon you go for Shortswort as a nice alternative.

This should greatly improve you attack bonus and not messing to much with the build.
