Ok so this build is probably going to get alot of bad criticism so just to let you know. This is just something that I have been thinking about, havent actually played it although I have built it, many times. I just wanted a dual-wielding epic dodging self concealed character with decent AB. And this was the best I could do. It has an xp penalty I know but I dont see any way around it.

The Glimmerman

Rogue 19/Fighter 12/Monk 9

Untested in both PvM and PvP. Probably needs backup to survive.

Elf, any lawful

Ok so the defense is decent thanks to epic dodge and self-concealment V, but the hp's are low. Reflex save is of course quite good but the others could be better. Spellcraft could help I guess.
Anyway, is it wort it?

Changed Rogue abbrevation and edited title - Kail Pendragon

Got to say it... why Ranger 19?

Drop 2 Fighter and get Bane of Enemies at least. You're so close man.

my only concern is the damage output with this, but that's the problem with going Dex based generally.

It's Rogue, not Ranger.

Otherwise, it works. It is very similar to the Rogue Tiger build I made a while back. Just swap Ranger with Fighter and they're exactly the same.

Ariel, Ookla, RIDE! Drop starting DEX to 18 and boost CON to 12. I'd make him Halfling, though.

Anyway I dont think I can drop starting dex to 18 and still fit in SC V.
Gotta take a look at the rogue tiger build. Halfling would get a -4 dual wield penalty on kamas, so you have to use a medium sized race.

Otherwise it's a decent build, nothing too eyepopping, but it can get the job done.

120 HPs and +3 to fortitude plus an open feat to trade for SC V, one AB, and one AC (loss of the dexterity). I dunno either, it's a hard choice. This guy's deal is obviously not being hit. If you are in a tough environment to level, I'd have to go with the constitution. Your build I think would be better at forty, although that fortitude is peskily low. Taking the con to 12 and adding Epic Fortitude in place of the lost SC V would make it more palatable.

I say it looks pretty darn good to me. I think a variant of the starting stats from the rogue riger build could some kind of middle ground and still allow for SC V
Str 10
Dex 19
Wis 14
Con 10
Int 13
Cha 8
A bit more balanced I think. Put great dex in place of the first SC feat and replace the last great dex with a an SC feat. Should work.

Halfling would get a -4 dual wield penalty on kamas, so you have to use a medium sized race.

I'd drop the dual kamas anyway if I were to actually play this, but you're quite right.

If you went with a Halfling, now, the size bonus adds +1 AB so the effective penalty is -1 compared to the Elf. You'd, however, gain 160 HP and +4 on Fortitude saves, and not lose AC at all (assuming the Halfling has one less DEX modifier than the Elf; if equal, the Halfling has +1 AC). STR would be dropped to 8.

stupid... stupid... stupid me.

That'll teach me to reply before letting my brain catch up! Seems like a good build for pvp. Leveling a dexxer on any PvM server is just horribly hard. Not if traps abound.
