This build concentrates of Favorite Enemies of the Ranger & HS, while maximizing charisma to use Divine Might & Shield to bolster his attacks.

He wields two battle axes in combat in light armor or can switch to axe & Shield / plate mail for tougher bosses.

No Skill Dumping done, Minimum of 4 levels in a class were restrictions on my PW. Fav Enemies were based on the PW critters as well, you're likely to modify this list.

I think he wants to combine the stacking effect of the spells ant the HS abilities to fill the gaps in Dex and Cha

I don't get it. You start with cha 14 and end up with cha 14 granting a +2 bonus (+6 if you cast aura of glory and a lucky eagle's splendor)

That's what I thought too. I'd drop the 2 HS FEs for GCha. Why do you get OCrit?

Nice build though overall. I like the concept.

HS 32: Harper Scout(5): STR+1, Favored Enemy: Dwarves, (STR=25)

Considering how tough they are, I would move them to Ranger1 FE.

Ariel, Ookla, RIDE! i love a good ranger. but just a quick comment.

it is hard to get this combo to balance between the stats (i faced similar dilemnas), but i think that with such a low AC and HP you might want to stick with full plate. this lack of AC might also make you want to switch the order of divine shield with divine might. i think that the AC will benefit you more than the extra damage. another reason to bump CHA using the HS bonus feats. Also, i thought that the HS FEs did not get the bonus from BoE.

what is nice though is the tankish qualities you get by the end. buff up then wade in dual wielding and unleashing massive damage. but i think that you won't last long enough during that wading. pump the HPs or the AC is my recommendation.

I thought Cinn's article says that BoE works but the HS FEs do not stack with Ranger ones for extra damage. I.e. this build would only get +2 vs HS FEs but +6 vs Ranger ones. And BoE.

Correct. Their stacking effect of DEX & CHA are the basis for the build.

Bane of enemies & Overwhelming Critical in the build was something I was aiming for. Another alternative would have been to go the dex route, but I wanted his battle axes to really resound on all his FE's (including Dwarves )

Good points concerning Divine Shield. Taken GCha instead of the Harper Scout's FE, is a toss up for me. Not sure if the two points of Charisma are worth losing these on the BoE (Which I'm very sure they do work with and as Finneous noted).

ah, well, with the FE's resolved then I would say you are right. The FE's are the better choice. BoE +2 damage against two other races beats the measely +1 to a limited time AC and/or damage boost.

but i stick with my comments on AC/HP. I don't recommend staying in light armour. even with dex boosting equipment, you don't have uncanny dodge, making your AC lower then a plate wearer and more likely to be negated.
