Notes:
This build achieves some considerable power without having to min/max stats. One can feel free to salvage points from Chr and Dex to place into Con, but I liked the balance the current stat spread achieved. Also, no need for ESF: Intimidate in these builds since your average TR DC is going to be 48-49 without any enhancements. Eagles Splendour potions/scrolls also will add to Divine Wrath Duration if you're ever in a pinch and need some Divine Damage output. CoT was chosen over Fighter to avoid XP penalty and to jack Saves up. This character, by career's end, will only be 3 away from the Save cap vs. spells, so plan accordingly.

Pretty cool, Grizz. Good to see you still have some of those creative juices flowing in you. Nice work.

It's rogue, dammit, ROGUE!!! You're the master of the Bard builds Grizz, what a good build here.

Hmmmm, the spread is ok, but I think you can change 2 DEX points for CHA to increase your Divine Wrath's duration without significant problems, a single Cat's Grace can get your DEX up to 13-15 (Bard gets Cat's Grace as spell if I still remember correctly), since you're wearing Heavy armor it should make no big penalty ultimately, a level 15 CoT's Divine Wrath is pretty strong, even only one round more of it sure is nice.
