my choice of skills:

disarm traps: 41
set traps: 41
move silently: 43
use magic device: 40
pick lock: 40
search: 40
pick pocket: 10 (modified rank is 19, which means you can savely rob any friendly or neutral target)
tumble: 40
hide: 43
spellcraft: 18 (modified rank: 20, +4 saves vs. spells)

unbuffed naked stats (equipped with two non-magical daggers):

AB: 35/30/25, 35/30
AC: 27
15d6 sneak attack

saves:
fortitude: 22 (+4 vs spells)
reflex: 30 (+4 vs spells)
will: 24 (+4 vs spells)

selfbuffed naked stats (quipped with two non-magical daggers):

AB: 51/46/41/(+ fourth attack from divine power), 51/46
AC: 35 (37 vs evil/good)

saves:
fortitude: 24 (+2 vs evil/good, +4 vs spells)
reflex: 32 (+2 vs evil/good, +4 vs spells)
will: 26 (+2 vs evil/good, +4 vs spells)

pros:
- high damage vs anything that is not sneak-immune
- lots of options to gain sneak attacks
- lots of backup plans vs sneak-immunes
- HiPs (for me a must have on any rogue)
- all the rogue-goodies
- cleric offensive and protection buffs (death's ward, protection from alignment)
- 50% Concealment, Epic Dodge

Cons:
- Medium AB (unbuffed)
- Can be dispelled
- one attack less per round than the occasional rogue/fighter combinations (but keep divine power in mind)
- 28 dex may not be the best for a sneaker
- knockdown comes in pretty late

My aim was to create a well-rounded, versatile dex based sneak attacker.
Now some may ask what i mean by "versatile" and will claim that rogues are already one of the most versatile classes in the game.
True.
But what always bothered me about rogues were the limited options to create sneak attacks, and the
fact that they are pretty much useless against foes who have damage reduction or are immune to sneak attacks.

That is why i came up with a Rogue/Cleric combination.
He can create sneak attacks by: Knockdown, Summons(!), Darkness, Hide in Plain Sight and Invisibility.
In addition, spells like divine favor, darkfire, divine might and mightier magic weapon help versus crit-immune enemies.
Protection from alignment is really great for rogues, too (thus no slippery mind needed).
The best thing is 50% concealment without Self-Concealment V, just by buffing yourself with improved
invisibility.

suggestions? =)

This build badly needs Monk, imo. Going 1 level of monk will boost your AC by +3 without any WIS gear; also giving you an extra 3 APR (+2 kama APR, +1 flurry of blows).

Dropping Shadowdancer for Monk would free up two feats, for KD and something else, not to mention you could go for 6th monk and get IKD for free (and +1 Monk AC). i love HiPs, i'd never give it away in any rogue build.
Of course 1-6 levels of monk would work well, too.
