1. DC on stunning fist is, well, stunning. 2. AC is good. 3. Saves are outstanding. 4. High Divine Wrath bonuses. 5. True Strike. 6. Monk SR. 7. Monk APR for hitting high AC builds (use with Experise mode). 8. Spellcraft use of arcane scrolls.
Weaknesses:
1. No Uncanny Dodge and a dexterity build. 2. Without Divine Wrath damage, very low damage output. 3. Middling to weak AB, supplemented by True Strike and Divine Wrath. 4. Needs epic charisma gear to really shine with Divine Wrath. 5. Maxing out ISF left little room for other epic feats, like ESF: Discipline and ESF: Listen. 6. Buffs easily dispelled. 7. No use of cleric scrolls (like death ward and negative energy protection).
That said, it should be a fun little stunner.
Good hunting,
Ithacan

1 more Wiz level and a Silent Spell feat would open up level 2 spell slots for a few more True Strikes.
*shrug*
Does ISF require Monk 21 or just Character level 21?

True, but you are pretty lean on level allocation. 26 is a feat level for CoT, which you need for ISF X. To make the feats and AB work out, you can only take 9 levels of CoT, so you have to take 11 monk levels in pre-epic, leaving just the one at the end for the necessary skill dump.

Level 21 character level (Grimoire is wrong ) and Dexterity and Wisdom 19, along with the stunning fist and improved unarmed strike feats. No monk levels are required, actually. See my Stunning Singer >.> Click Here
