Very nicely done. I had messed around with this idea a few years ago. Nice to see that the idea still lives.

I don't know how playable it really is. I guess it could go 1-40 PvM, but any time you run out of divine mights you're going to have trouble. Though the difference between this guy and a normal basher doesn't really become apparent until the teens+.

A smarter approach on a higher magic seriver (where you can get lots of +CHA gear early) might be to get Divine Might earlier, since that's your main damage source. Trade out Knockdown for Power Attack and shift the paladin level up to level 9 for Divine Might. well done, i had something like this in mind, too, but with a tumble-class instead of fighter.
did not turn out too well. Yeah, the CHA bonus to AC hopefully makes up for the +4 AC difference, but I think Weapon Masters without Fighter are going to generally going to be more trouble than they're worth. Love the name
