Now, this class split does not appear on the Build Search, and this isn't the one to start with. For simple starters, Bard 28 SD 2 CoT 10 would be better in very many (almost every) respect. But this is built for the Badlands and a peculiar rule implementation regarding whether bard song will have full effect on your party mates (Level 30 will, Level 29 and under will only have 1/2 effect). That said, high bards are fun and this one has some fun things going for it. SD adds HiPS and Uncanny Dodge, which is nice.
