Rysta'tia is quite unique in that while there are no less than 9 different Bard/RDD/AA's actually indexed in the Guild, all go for DevCrit solely.
They can dish it out, but, not take too much in return.
Rysta' can take a good bit back from thems monsters.
Plan_b's Thunderstorm Click Here
Goes for a bit more health, lacks DevCrit and lacks Epic DR. But, he's about the closest I guess to a Dragon Scaled Shard archer I can find.
Other than Thunderstorm from Plan_b... none of the Bard/RDD/AA's can stand toe to toe in long fightings.
But, dear ol'Rysta'tia can! YaY!

Could you list his stats (BAB, AC, etc.)
Welpies, this is the part I'm not so good at.
Okies, Pre-Epic she has 17 Base Attack. So, that makes her with 27 when she finishes growings? Right?
Then, Dex if you went 22 Dex (the 36th and 39th Feats) you'd have unbuffed:
27 Base Attacks 6 Dex Unbuffed 12 AA Arrows 3 WF/EWF's 1 Epic Prowess ---- 49/44/39/34 (49/44/39/34/49 with Haste) Mundane Longbow
With Self-Buffs & Mundane Longbow: 49+ 1 Bardsong (7/day) 2 Cats +4 Dex at most ---- 51 (52 if at Melee range with PBS)
With Max'd Dex and +5 Longbow: 49+ 1 Bardsong (7/day) 6 Dex +12 5 Longbow +5 ---- 61 (62 if at Melee range with PBS)
Maximum possible Attack Bonus: 49+26= 75 (Truestrike+12 Dex)
Bow damage: 1-8 Longbow, Mundane 12 AA Arrows 2 Bardsong (7/day) 1 PBS ---- 16-23 With DevCrit.
+7 Mighty ---- 23-30 With DevCrit.
Max Strength Items & bow: +13 Mighty ---- 29-36 With DevCrit.
Armor from RDD 10 is +4, so: 10 Base 6 Unbuffed Dex 4 RDD10's 8 Tumble 40 ---- 28 in a'pond. o.O (32 Hasted in'a pond. O.o)
In 2/6 Light armor with all +5 items: 50, 54 Hasted.
In'na +5 Monk robe with Max Dex items: 54, 58 Hasted.
Annnd, a non-removable: 9/- DR to Slashing, Piercing, Bludgeoning.

The format is missing info (although you added stuff in your last post) . I suggest you take a look at the posting rules, link in my sig.
Also, may I suggets, go for one set of final stats and comment on possible alternatives in your exposition of the build, otherwise the format results confusing and sloppy.
PM one of the mods the necessary changes, they will be edited in. _________________ Epic Character Builds Posting Rules

Drossie, a good format (the standard) is the output of the CBC Character Generator.
Cut and paste the "output" into a text file, then cut and paste that into your post.
Ohhhh, I had wondered how you fellas wrote all these up so nice like.
Ummms, I'm working with it and I have the Str, Con, Dex thingies put in, and the Feats. But, it won't let me place the Classes. Keeps saying in Classes box that its an invalid name for "Bard" or "Ba" for Bard. Classes box doesn't have a pulldown menu like the Feats and Stats ones do.
Working on it, Kail and Bromium. Will have it re-submitted soon.

It has but you first have to "tell" to the CBC which classes you are using and that is found further to the right in the character tag, after "Feats", under (guess) "Classes". There are 3 pulldown menus there. You might want to read the readme for further insight. _________________ They can't stop us Let them try For Heavy Metal We will die
Kail, when I got the CBC as you so wonderfully pointed out... I read the readme.
Okies, so, step 2. Try to use it.
Then, after abouts an hour fiddling with it made my reply to you abouts hows its not working for me.
Okay, step 3. Call for help. Talked with another person who I know who's apparently used this and posts here too.
Turns out... apparently those feilds do work as you're inclined to think. No biggie, but, doesn't work for me.
Why? I've got Excel97.
The CBC was apparently written in a much later version.
Or, so I'm being told. So, I'm being told its an issue of compatibility. Uggies!
Next step... to manually make up this format I see everyone else using, I was trying to before. But, all these numbers. *sigh* Trying to play catchup here since CBC does not work for me. No dropdown menu's for the Classes on the far right. Manually placing the exact names only partially works. But, in no way does it allow any class names to be input on levelup area. (IE. Bard or Ba, even though the correct stats have already been input in the stats feild and even without the stats feild being filled out, same issue even on 'new' pristine sheets.)
So, working on this for you guys. Sorries I don't have all the things all you fellas have to make your much prettier formats.
Will try to get it in 'perfect' format by pen'n pencil.

I don't use Excel. I make post builds the old-fashioned way (I have a blank template and manually fill in the info).
One tweak I'll suggest from a quick glance at the build: Take Called Shot earlier (maybe level 9). Move PA, Cleave, and Great Cleave up. I think, since you're moving into archery at level 9, you'll get more mileage out of Called Shot earlier than you will with PA/Cleave. _________________ It's rogue, dammit, ROGUE!!!

You have a blank template? I just start writing out of the blue when a build idea comes up, the template is simple enough to memorize IMO.
Interesting build, EDR III and a high STR on an Arcane Archer, I bet you can do wonders with high mighty bows, plus Dev Crit, gets a lot of stuff to play with.
The only problem is your obvious lack of feats... but nothing can be done without sacrificing EDR III or Dev Crit. Rapid Shot is more important than Called Shot IMO, 1 extra APR for only -2 AB means a lot of more damage, and as Cinn said taking it sooner is a lot better. _________________ "My name is Thaxll'ssyllia, but you simians may refer to me merely as "Sir", if you prefer a less... syllable intensive workout."

I use a blank as well, I find that it saves typing time.

I agree.

I work my builds out on paper, then level it up in a training module and use my template to write it up on the computer for my files, and to copy/paste for posting on the boards. _________________ It's rogue, dammit, ROGUE!!!
