Well i guess Atari is giving the rights to Obsidian Entertainment to make the sequel. According to the website, it's due out in two years. It will use the aurora engine as well. Most likely is will be 3.5 rules. Sucks it didn't stay in the hands of the orginal, but Obsidian is also doing KotOR2 which uses aurora, and that game is looking pretty sweet.
