Spellcraft doesn't affect DC. The formula is:
10 + Spell Level + Ability Modifier + Feats.
Feats are the Spell Focus, Greater Spell Focus, and Epic Spell Focus feats. (And the benefits from each overlap - they don't stack.)
So, if you're a level 18 WIZ with an INT of 20 (+5 modifier), the Spell Focus: Evocation and Greater Spell Focus: Evocation feats (+4 to DC of Evocation spells), and casting a Fireball spell (level 3 Evocation spell), your DC will be:
10 + 3 + 5 + 4 = 22 _________________ "Well, but you can't expect to wield supreme executive power just 'cause some watery tart threw a sword at you!"
