Do you lose your ac bonus from expertise once you start casting? Depends on the server. On the PW I play on, yes it does. On others it doesn't... apparently. There's a switch that can be set in the module properties that determines this, i believe. By default, the expertise while casting exploit is allowed, but it's worth checking the particular PW rules, if that's your inclination.
