I am going to make an assassin and need to know if sneak attack and death attack work together.

Yes, they stack.
Aye they do indeed stack, also the blackguard sneak attack stacks as well. So it is possible with a rogue/assassin/BG to have 4/round and 31 D6 sneak damage.
My apologies...its only 30D6.
The Kobold Commando shifter form has a 2d6 (5d6) sneak attack bonus.

Yes, Kobold commando sneak attack does stack with BG sneak attack and assassin death attack.
