Does anyone knows how many skill points in umd are needed to use greater sanctuary and time stop scrolls?

By the way, i play a bard with 16 base charisma if that helps.

Thanks in advance. All scrolls can be cast once you are able to beat a DC of 25 + spell level. So for level 9 the DC you must be able to beat is 34. Theoretically that means you need UMD skill of 14 to be able to cast. You need a skill of 33 to be able to cast without fail.
